Crepes are by far one of my favorite breakfast foods! I could eat them at any time of day! I recently posted a picture of my homemade crepes on my Instagram and had a few requests to share the recipe. This is the first crepe recipe I have ever made and it is the only one I will ever make! I love how simple it is to make and how delicious it tastes! This recipe can be easily adapted to fit your needs, for example you can exchange the milk for almond milk which is what I prefer to do. I also make this as a half recipe most of the time because it is just my husband and I. These are the perfect crepes that you can fill with anything!

Perfect Crepe Recipe
Makes approx. 12 crepes (2 per person)
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk (I use almond)
1 cup water
½ teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons melted butter
4 teaspoons sugar
Toppings:
Fruit of choice
Whipped cream
Additional toppings
Instructions
Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs. I use a fork for this step as it is very thick.
Slowly add in milk and water. Using a whisk beat out as many clumps as possible. Add in salt, sugar and melted butter. Continue to whisk to create a smooth batter.
In a separate bowl strain the batter. This will remove any remaining clumps.
Heat a 10” stainless steel pan on medium heat, spray with nonstick spray or lightly coat with oil. Pour ⅓ cup of batter into pan and swirl it around to coat the bottom of the pan in an even layer.
Cook for 1 minute or until it starts to bubble, then flip and cook for about 1 minute
Serve hot and fill with desired toppings and fruits.
